VitrA is a leading international manufacturer celebrated for its premium, design-driven bathroom solutions, high-end sanitary ware, and architectural ceramic tiles. To mark a major design introduction and celebrate their showroom presence, the brand required a high-performance digital flagship to host the “VitrA London Launch”—a live, broadcast-led digital event. Because the project required advanced, real-time interactivity and media synchronization beyond the capabilities of standard content management systems, SYSTEM Studio engineered a custom Laravel web application optimized to deliver zero-latency live video streams and dynamic features to a global audience of architects and designers.

The Technical Challenge
Live streaming events leave absolutely no room for technical error or platform bottlenecks. The primary engineering challenge was to build a robust web application infrastructure that performs flawlessly under heavy concurrent traffic spikes while processing real-time user data. The frontend interface needed to elegantly display synchronized metadata, custom progress loops, global timezone tickers, and an active live-chat module seamlessly alongside the main stream window—demanding a highly flexible, custom-coded backend that guarantees data integrity and instantaneous server response times.
